3. After reviewing your request, we'll send you a printable shipping label along with clear instructions. This label will include our return address and important details about your returned order.
Step 2: Print the Return Label
1. Pack your return item(s) securely in the original box.
2. Print the return label we provided and affix it to the outside of the box.
Note: Our free return label is currently available only for customers in the US, UK, and EU.
Step 3: Package Drop-off
1. Take the package to a nearby post office for shipment.
2. If you require expedited handling of the returned parcels, please get in touch with us and provide the tracking number for the returned items.
Note: To ensure the safety of your package, especially given the value of our products, kindly drop off your package at the nearest post office. Please avoid dropping it off in a post box, as Ulike cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred via post box shipment.
Step 4: Package Received and Processed
1. Upon receiving the package, we'll process your return within 1-3 business days.
2. We will notify you once the return has been successfully received and processed.
Step 5: Refund Issuance
1. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. The refund will be processed promptly after we've verified that your returned package meets our return standards.
3. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Keep in mind that refund processing times can vary from one bank to another.
