Introduction to giveaway
The "Holiday Giveway" campaign and giveaway are organized by America Ulike International Inc. and hosted on the official Ulike website (ulike.com). The campaign and giveaway will begin on December 12, 2023 (ET) and conclude on December 27, 2023 (ET).

Eligibility
The Holiday Giveaway is open to those who've purchased a Ulike IPL hair removal device on ulike.com during December 12, 2023 (ET) and December 27, 2023 (ET) and have registered their emails before purchasing, provided the participant is living in the US and being 18 years of age or older during the period of this Campaign. Employees of Ulike and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Giveaway details
The giveaway winners will be randomly selected from participants who purchase a Ulike IPL hair removal device through the official Ulike website (ulike.com) between December 12, 2023 (ET) and December 27, 2023 (ET).

Winners will receive notifications via their registered email and/or phone numbers. Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration details.

The weekly prize winners will be announced on 12/19, 12/26, and 1/2. The respective prizes will be dispatched within 5 working days after verifying the winner's information. If the winner fails to confirm their details via the prize notification email/SMS within 5 days, Ulike reserves the right to randomly select another winner.

Daily prize (UV sterilizer) winners will be announced on the Ulike Holiday page every day.
We encourage all winners and participants to share valuable feedback about the giveaway and our products through posts, pictures, and comments.

The details of the prizes are as follows:

1st Prize: Ulike Holiday Gift Set

3 winners (1 per week)

2nd Prize: Ulike Air 3

6 winners (2 per week)

3rd Prize: Ulike Air+

15 winners (1 winner per day)

4th Prize: UV sterilizer

150 winners (10 winners per day)

Rules and regulations
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any other items. If an original order is refunded, the prize must also be returned for the refund to be processed successfully.

By participating in this Campaign, each participant agrees and accepts that Ulike may collect and use participants' information to administer this Campaign and consents to Ulike's use of participants' information to contact participants related to this Campaign.

If a participant is found to have provided false or incorrect personal information and is awarded a prize, Ulike reserves the right to revoke their eligibility for said prize.

Each prize is awarded “as is” with same warranty and guarantee as other products on the website. Ulike will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages incurred to prize products during transport, or any issues between the third-party company and the recipients. Please directly contact the third-parties appropriate service team to resolve the issue.

Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the Campaign may result in disqualification. If participants are found to be using or have used inappropriate means to participate in this campaign, Ulike reserves the right to disqualify the participant's eligibility without hesitation, and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

By participating in this campaign, participants agree to adhere to the stated terms and conditions. Decisions made by Ulike are final and binding, no appeals will be considered. Ulike reserves the ultimate right of interpretation for this campaign.
Ulike reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the terms and conditions if deemed necessary. Ulike also has the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion if unforseen circumstances occur.

The terms and conditions of the Ulike Holiday Giveaway are subject to the laws of the state of Washington DC.

Ulike assumes no responsibility or liability for any failure to participate in the Campaign due to any electronic malfunction of the network, hardware or software. By participating, participants release Ulike and its affiliates from any claim, expense, injury, loss or damage arising out of or related to this Campaign or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Each participant waives all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, consequential or any other similar damages towards Ulike relating to this Campaign.
