IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) hair removal works by emitting intense light pulses that are absorbed by the pigment in the hair follicles. The absorbed light is then converted into heat, which damages the hair follicles and inhibits future hair growth.
It is important to note that IPL is most effective on individuals with lighter skin tones and darker hair colors. This is because the light energy is primarily absorbed by the melanin pigment in the hair. In individuals with darker skin tones, the excess melanin in the skin can also absorb light energy, leading to potential skin damage.
Similarly, IPL may not be as effective on individuals with light hair colors such as blonde, gray, or red. This is because these hair colors have less melanin content, making it challenging for the IPL device to target the hair follicles effectively.
To ensure the effectiveness and safety of IPL hair removal, we recommend users to refer to the provided skin tone chart before making a purchase.

IPL is a type of FDA-cleared light treatment that uses strong pulses of a broad spectrum of polychromatic light to target the melanin in hair follicles to achieve permanent hair removal results.
As the pigment absorbs light, it gets heated up and destroyed. Hair will grow back more sparsely and slower after each treatment, permanently reducing hair growth.
We recommend using the handset three times a week for the first month to achieve the best results. After that, you can use it once every two weeks or once a month for touch-ups as needed.
Additionally, we suggest making adjustments based on your hair growth. If you notice thicker hair or stubborn areas, you can increase the gear level and frequency of usage. However, it's important to monitor your skin's reaction and adjust accordingly to avoid any discomfort or adverse effects.
Most customers start to see evident hair reduction after 3-4 weeks. With 2-3 treatments per week, the effect becomes completely evident after 12 weeks. After each treatment, hair will grow much more sparsely and thinly. Eventually, hair reduction becomes permanent. To maintain the skin’s smoothness, you need to do 1 treatment every 2 to 3 months or as required. Both the outcome and frequency of treatment are different case by case.
According to FDA’s regulations, permanent hair removal means ‘continued and steady reduction of hair over a prolonged period’, which we provide, though some may interpret the term ‘permanent’ differently. Please know that even the photo-therapy used in clinics is not entirely permanent.

Yes, we recommend that you shave the treatment area before using your handset. Shaving the hair to the appropriate length will help IPL effectively focus on the hair follicles.
You can use your handset on any part of your body, including your Brazilian (Bikini area) and face. But please do not use around the eyes (use only below cheekbones)
Our IPL is not suitable for the ‘inner parts of the bikini area. Therefore you should never use it on the labia minora, vagina, scrotum, or anus.
To prevent discomfort, we advise you to treat the bikini area, inner thighs, and buttocks from the lowest intensity level, as the skin in these areas can be more sensitive.

So this works.. but I believe it actually slows down the growth of the hair... I hope my picture shows you the difference between using it and using it on my area of my leg tattoo. Do not use it on top of your tattoos because that does Sting. But above all I love it. Less shavint for sure
The first hairy photo was the before photo. I hated shaving because it gets itchy and I get red bumps bad.
So I just finished week 2. I’ve done it 3x a week. On setting 5. Most of those days.
The pros is that I notice the hair grows back slower. My lower legs show the most difference. Right now I haven’t shaved them in 2 days and there’s hardly any stubble.
The cons is that the initial time investment is a bit tedious. It takes around 20 min for me to do each leg.(I’m a mom of 3 young kids so I usually have to stop after 1/2 a leg and tend to my kids. So it makes it hard to keep at it for a long period of time)
So I’m looking forward to the time when I get to the 1x a week maintenance.
I have tried other machines and it feels like a rubber band snapping and/or your skin is burning. NOT this one! I use the highest level and I don’t feel a thing!!! I have used it three times and already notice a difference! A couple of extras that I liked: A very long cord, two ‘Leather’ straps to wrap your cords, a very nice box to keep the glasses that fold up, AND it even came with a razor!!

I love this product. It has everything you need. I am doing it twice a mouth and using lotion and body oil after. I have used other laser hair removal before but this one is top tier. I love the consistent setting for larger parts like my legs. It makes it so much faster and easier. Love the packaging. Iam loving this. This is the beginning of my fourth week and I let it grow out all week to see if it was working and as you can see in my video it is definitely working. I hate that it takes this long but the bottom line is it works. My hair is growing very slow and I usually have to shave ever day. I do my legs, face, under arms and private areas in about 15 to 20 minutes and do it 3 times a week. I have very corse black hair. So I can see the results very easily. Great product. But you will need to be patient it will not happen in a week or two. But that third week totally game changer. Much better then thousands of dallors at an office.
