Ulike handled my parcel issue poorly, refusing to take responsibility and asking me to chase the courier and and the courier is asking to ask seller for a refund. Extremely disappointing customer service
I couldn’t tell a difference. Tried to return, but their return policy requires a lot of steps. Just not being satisfied with the product is not good enough. You have to prove you’re not satisfied. I’m sure it works great for someone else.
