• Introduction to giveaway

The "Give Back Friday" campaign and giveaway ("the Campaign") are organized by America Ulike International Inc. ("Ulike") and hosted on the official Ulike website (ulike.com). The Campaign will begin on November 15, 2024 (PST) and conclude on December 2, 2024 (PST). By participating in the Campaign, you are agreeing to these rules herein.

• Participation

To enter the Campaign, please complete the PCOS application form. We encourage you to share your personal PCOS journey and treatment plan, contributing to the collective support of individuals facing PCOS alongside Ulike.

• Eligibility

1. This activity is open to individuals aged 18 or older who experience excess hair due to PCOS. Participation is limited to one entry per individual. Participants must be authentic individual users; group participation — including institutions, associations, and companies — is strictly prohibited. The Campaign is exclusively available to participants in the United States and Canada.
2. Employees of Ulike and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or household members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

• Giveaway details

1. The giveaway winners will be selected from participants who submit the application form through the official Ulike website (ulike.com) between November 15, 12:00AM (PST) and December 2, 11:59PM (PST).
2. Winners will receive notifications via their registered email and/or phone numbers. Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration details.
3. The winners will be announced on November 28 and December 5 on the Campaign webpage and Ulike's official Instagram account. The respective prizes will be shipped within 10 working days after verifying the winner's information (shipping and handling included, limited to the US and Canada). If the winner fails to confirm their details via the prize notification email/SMS within 10 working days, Ulike reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

* We encourage all winners and participants to share valuable feedback about the giveaway and our products through posts, pictures, and comments on social media.

• Prizes

The details of the prizes are as follows:

1. One Air 10 will be awarded for every 10 holiday gift sets sold during the Campaign, with up to 110 recipients selected as winners.
2. All eligible entrants will receive a 35%-off sitewide discount code after submitting the application form.

• Rules and regulations

1. By participating in this Campaign, each participant agrees and accepts that Ulike may collect and use participants' information to administer this Campaign and consents to Ulike's use of participants' information to contact participants related to this Campaign. Read our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we collect and use your personal information.
2. If a participant is found to have provided false or incorrect personal information and is awarded a prize, Ulike reserves the right to revoke their eligibility for said prize.
3. Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the Campaign may result in disqualification. If participants are found to be using or have used inappropriate means to participate in this campaign, Ulike reserves the right to disqualify the participant's eligibility without hesitation, and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
4. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to adhere to the stated terms and conditions.
5. Ulike reserves the right to interpret, modify, and/or cancel the terms and conditions if deemed necessary. Ulike also has the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion if unforeseen circumstances occur.
6. The terms and conditions of the Campaign are subject to the laws of the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.).
7. Ulike assumes no responsibility or liability for any failure to participate in the Campaign due to any electronic malfunction of the network, hardware, or software. By participating, participants release Ulike and its affiliates from any claim, expense, injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to this Campaign or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Each participant waives all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other similar damages towards Ulike relating to this Campaign.
